Come experience the original beach house vacation at South Padre Island. Have some fun in the sun and feel the sand in your toes. Step back in time with the mid-modern design and make this home your own. Watch the sunrise on the horizon from bed. Work from the house. Wander to the beach across the street. Have breakfast at Grapevine Cafe at the end of the block. Walk to all the bayside entertainment and action. Walk to restaurants and live music venues in minutes. Splash in the pool, shoot some hoops, and play croquet, and corn hole. Watch the fireworks from the outdoor balconies. This large 70s beach house is groovy and a good time for all. This home was recently updated in April/May 2023 in preparation for our guests. We look forward to hosting you as some of our first renters this summer season. This home has never been rented before.

Firearms are not allowed onsite at any of our rental properties. If forgotten or found, there is a retrieval fee of $500 due prior to retrieval.
