Close to Island hot spots like WanaWana beach bar, restaurant and live music venue on the beachfront. You'll find quick convenience stores and so much more. This is a 6-bedroom 4- bathroom home. Uniquely, it can host 2 families with the convenience of having areas that are separate. The first level is a three bedroom two bath vacation home and the top level is a second three bedroom two bath vacation home. Itt is one large property with a beautiful backyard featuring a large swimming pool, barbecue pit, dining area, and lots of space for lounging around the pool or hosting an afternoon pool party with your family or friends. This home features ample parking outside, decks to enjoy sunny South Padre Island. Each home upstairs and downstairs features a king master suite, a queen guest room, and a bedroom with two twin beds plus each has a sofa bed in the living room. You'll be glad to have full laundry facilities and a full kitchen in each unit, upstairs and downstairs.
