Terms and Conditions Rental Agreement Vacation Villas of South Padre Island DBA EZbookvacationhomes.com as the Renter I agree to the terms, conditions and fees outlined in the invoice for my reservation at ezbookvacationhome.com Cancelation Basics- No Tentative bookings. We provide 24-48 hour holds on select properties and dates.
All reservations cancellations are non refundable. We allowed a courtesy rebooking period up to 6 months from the cancelation date, not to exceed the current calendar year. Cancellations made during peak season may have a three-month waiting period, starting at the 3 months period of the original reservation arrival date to be eligible for rebooking.
There is a 10% change fee (based on the total base rental rate) The reservation change fee is charged at the time of cancellation on all reservation cancellations. Please read and sign your rental contract online in your confirmation approval letter to ensure the rebooking option for your reservation. All rebooking is based on available dates and available properties. Reservations are transferable to other parties. Please note that no exceptions to this policy will be made for any reason including unforeseen events including weather-related cancellations. We recommend that you choose to purchase travel insurance.
We include a Security Damage Protection Fee on our website for our guests, as a protection option. This covers only the owners property not your travel plans or travel risks. Rental amounts are payable to Vacation Villas or ezbookvacationhomes.com, by cash, cashier’s check, wire transfer, or money order, Visa, Master Card, or Discover and Zelle. The remaining balance is due and payable on or before thirty (30) days prior to the beginning of the rental term. An email reminder will be sent and the balance will be charged automatically to the card on file. Please ensure you have your final balance arrangements setup. If the remaining balance is not received on or before thirty (30) days prior to the beginning of the rental term, the rental reservation may be canceled and all fees paid shall be forfeited. Details for when your rental has a Pool.The pool pump system goes on and off by a timer as well as the associated hot tub functional hours. The temperature is preset by the caretaker/agent for the season. Life jackets are recommended for all guests who cannot swim well. Guests with medical conditions should not use the hot tub as instructed by their doctor. You may use the rental premises only as a single family residence and may not permit the rental premises to be used to conduct offensive, noisy, or dangerous activity, any activity that is against public regulations or against the rules of any public authority. The maximum number of persons (including children) allowed to occupy the rental premises is stated in the listing page and on your guest guide and is enforceable. Additional occupants will require additional rental of $50.00 per night per person when possible or to find additional units for rental elsewhere. Guest parking at residence is limited and is stated on the rental listing and on the unit guest guide and is enforceable. Please contact management at least one day prior to your arrival to confirm and ensure that procedures are understood for entry and instructions to the unit. The owners and caretaker/agents are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to your belongings while at the rental premises. You hereby indemnify and hold owners, their agents and assigns, including the rental premises, free and harmless from any liabilities for injury to or death of any person, including you, or for damage to property arising from your using and occupying the premises or from the act or omission of any person or persons, including you, in or about the premises with or without your express or implied consent. Renters and their guests are fully responsible for conduct and activities occurring on the premises during the stated Rental Term. This agreement does not create a tenancy for the rental premises; you can be removed from the rental premises without process of law if you do not depart at the agreed upon checkout time or when rules, policies, management requests or instructions are not followed.. I agree that should this property be unavailable due to any unforeseeable events, I agree to accept alternate accommodations in a similar property or properties located on South Padre Island.
