Cancelation Basics- No Tentative bookings. We provide 24-48 hour holds on select properties and dates. All cancellations are non refundable. We allowed a courtesy rebooking period up to 6
months from the cancelation date, not to exceed the current calendar year. Cancellations made during peak season may have a three-month waiting period, starting at the original reservation arrival date to be for eligible for rebooking. Please read and sign your rental contract online in your confirmation approval letter to ensure the rebooking option. All rebooking is based on available dates and properties.
Attention March and April guests!
*During Restricted Rental Dates of Spring Break and Holy Week, Sapphire requires all renters to be 30 yrs or older and a family with children in order to rent during these restricted dates. At check in the concierge will ask for ID’s of all guests to confirm the renter and guests are a family living under the same household during your check in time. We will NOT allow check in if the renter does not meet these requirements. Family is considered only immediate (mother, father, daughter, son, and/or grandparents). Cousins, aunts, uncles, nephews or nieces are NOT considered immediate family.
Please inform your guest of our rules and have your guest fill out the Sign In form and email completed form back to us. Names of all guests, their relation to primary guest and ages of each guest is required. Please have completed sign in forms emailed to the concierge desk prior to check in date. This will ensure the guest will have a quick check in process and won't have any issues.
Just a reminder the maximum occupancy is as follows;
2 bedroom- 6 guests (including children)
3 bedroom- 8 guests (including children)
4 bedroom - 10 guests (including children)

1. The property is fully furnished.
2. Rental Party: The rental party shall consist of Guest only.
3. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is limited to 8 persons in 3 bedroom units and 6 guests in 2 bedroom units. This is strictly enforced at the lobby desk. No Additional guests allowed.
4. Term of the Lease: The lease begins at 4 p.m. the check in date and ends at 11am on the checkout date.
5. Minimum Stay: This property requires a 3 night minimum stay. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods.
6. Rental Rules: Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules attached at all times while at the property and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else Guest permits on the property to abide by the following rules at all times while at the property.
7. Access: Guest shall allow Homeowner access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner..
8. Rental Rate and Fees
a. Deposit: A Security Protection Plan is required.up to $75.00 purchases to cover accidental damage only
Guests will be charged for
i. damage or loss to the property or furnishings;
ii. dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning; or
iii. any other cost incurred by Homeowner due to Guest’s stay.
If the premises appear dirty or damaged upon Check-in, Guest shall inform Management immediately.
9. Cancellation Policy: If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the deposit will be refunded as follows:This agreement may be canceled by written notification to owners no later than thirty (30) days prior to the start of the rental term. Upon such thirty (30) day notification, renters will forfeit either the down payment, or 25% of the rental fee total, whichever is the lesser, The forfeited amount may be used for a future booking within a six month period from the date of cancellation. When this agreement is canceled less than thirty (30) days prior to the start of the rental term, one hundred percent (100%) of the rental paid will be forfeited and shall be non-refundable.

You may use the rental premises only as a single family residence and may not permit the rental premises to be used to conduct offensive, noisy, or dangerous activity, any activity that is against public regulations or against the rules of any public authority. All guests must follow Sapphire Resort rules , guide lines, and policies. You must Check in with A Sapphire Representative who will provide related resort information. The maximum number of persons (including children) allowed to occupy the rental premises is specified. Guest parking is provided. Please contact us at least one day prior to your arrival at the rental premises to insure that procedures are understood for entry to the unit. The owners and caretaker/agents are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to your belongings while at the rental premises. You hereby indemnify and hold owners, their agents and assigns, including the rental premises, free and harmless from any liabilities for injury to or death of any person, including you, or for damage to property arising from your using and occupying the premises or from the act or omission of any person or persons, including you, in or about the premises with or without your express or implied consent. Renters and their guests are fully responsible for conduct and activities occurring on the premise during the stated Rental Term. This agreement does not create a tenancy for the rental premises; you can be removed from the rental premises without process of law if you do not depart at the agreed upon checkout time.

Your group will be provided with Keys at the Lobby Desk at check in. You will also be provided with Sapphire wrist bands and resort information; including gate codes, Resort Guidelines and Services, Spa Information and more. Each group will pay the $15 per day resort fees when you check in. (Capped at $150 per month)
After check in at the Sapphire Front Desk a Representative will give you a prompt tour and escort your party to your Condo.
Please Note: Please have your Valid ID for check in and your vehicle make, model and plate # will be required for parking permits.

If the remaining balance is not received on or before thirty (30) days prior to the beginning of the rental term, the rental reservation shall be canceled and all rental fees paid shall be forfeited. Ezbookvacationhomes reserves the right to change the reservation to a" like" or better property should need arise.
You may use the rental premises only as a single family residence and may not permit the rental premises to be used to conduct offensive, noisy, or dangerous activity, any activity that is against public regulations or against the rules of any public authority. All guests must follow Sapphire Resort rules , guide lines, and policies. You must Check in with A Sapphire Representative who will provide related resort information. The maximum number of persons (including children) allowed to occupy the rental premises is specified. Guest parking is provided. Please contact us at least one day prior to your arrival at the rental premises to insure that procedures are understood for entry to the unit. The owners and caretaker/agents are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to your belongings while at the rental premises. You hereby indemnify and hold owners, their agents and assigns, including the rental premises, free and harmless from any liabilities for injury to or death of any person, including you, or for damage to property arising from your using and occupying the premises or from the act or omission of any person or persons, including you, in or about the premises with or without your express or implied consent. Renters and their guests are fully responsible for conduct and activities occurring on the premise during the stated Rental Term. This agreement does not create a tenancy for the rental premises; you can be removed from the rental premises without process of law if you do not depart at the agreed upon checkout time.

Special Note: WHEN a Unit is listed for sale. Should a showing be scheduled during your stay we will coordinate with you at your convenience with advance communication.
Your group will be provided with Keys at the Lobby Desk at check in. You will also be provided with Sapphire wrist bands and resort information; including gate codes, Resort Guidelines and Services, Spa Information and more. Each group will pay the $15 per day resort fees when you check in. (Capped at $150 per month)
After check in at the Sapphire Front Desk a Representative will give you a prompt tour and escort your party to your Condo.
Please Note: Please have your Valid ID for check in and your vehicle make, model and plate # will be required for parking permits.
Important: Your Unit Wifi (Wireless Internet) should be an open network without a password or find the password on the router box.
Note: Mini starter sets of soaps are provided... IMPORTANT It is important to note that this is a self catered home please bring all supplies and items you want to make sure and have during your vacation. Kitchen soaps & bath soap, extra paper towel and tissues, optional items paper plates, paper napkins solo cups etc. Make sure to bring electronic devices, music, and gaming, computers and video to TV cables are great and dvd movies.

We want to make sure all of our guest enjoy a top quality experience at My Sapphire and want the property to be well cared for at all times to ensure that all enjoy.

Should any smoking be detected in the property you will be charged a $500 fee for fabric an carpet cleaning.
Sapphire is an 8 guests in 3 bedroom and 6 guests in 2 bedroom units. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY) no exceptions
Extra Guest Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is limited to 8 persons in 3 bedroom units and 6 guests in 2 bedroom units. This is strictly enforced at the lobby desk. No Additional guests or day visitors allowed at all.
Do not move furniture or electronics. Do not remove ANY items including towels and linens or pillows from the property. You will be charged for the item plus a $100 removal and restock fee.
